Champagne/ Epernay
Charles Mignon is a family company based in Epernay, the heart of Champagne. Laurence and Bruno Mignon with their children, Manon and Guillaume, represent the 5th and 6th generations. The family have a grand cru vineyard in Chouilly, and a premier cru vineyard in Pierry alongside holdings in the Marne Valley. In addition, supply contracts with properties in the Cotes des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and the Vallee de Marne allow the family amazing flexibility in grape variety styles and flavours as well as insurance against inclement weather episodes such as hail and frost.
A company objective is environmental sustainability and the company is working towards “High Environmental Value” certification. They have introduced many sustainable policies in all areas of
grape growing and Champagne production and include green energy suppliers, waste recycling, local suppliers and hybrid vehicles.
Charles Mignon Champagne is excited to be represented in Australia by Fine Wine Wholesalers and both companies look forward to partnering with many loyal customers in both the off and on
premise trades.
